Refunds, Returns and Depostis Policy

Overview

I do not accept refunds or returns unless an item is damaged or faulty.
My refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at infinitydreadsbylaura@gmail.com.

    Exchanges

    I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at: infinitydreadsbylaura@gmail.com

    Deposits

    💷 DEPOSITS 💵

    Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Once a deposit is paid if you cancel your appointment, are a no show or you change you mind about a custom order your deposit will be lost.

    Deposits cover me for my time and cost of materials.

    If you need to change your appointment I require 48 hours notice and I can move your appointment to another date. I will do this only once. If the appointment needed to be moved again I would have to charge a new deposit.

    Sending a deposit is your agreement to receive a dreadlock service from myself and understanding your deposit is non-refundable.

    With custom sets I will make the first extension up to show you, to ensure we are both on the same page and I have understood your vision correctly. This your opportunity to make minor adjustments to the width and ratio of loc’d to loose hair. As I would have already purchased the hair weft for your order, you cannot at this point change the colour or increase the length, without an additional fee to cover the cost of a new weft being purchased.
